Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist for a contract assignment at a great outpatient clinic.

The role involves applying physician orders and delivering skilled PT interventions; shifts include Mon-Thu 7 AM–3 PM, two 12 PM–8 PM shifts, and Fri 10 AM–6 PM, with responsibility for patient plans of care. The ideal candidate has graduated from an accredited program, holds a current PT license in the state (or is in the process), and

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet PT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.

A greatOutpatient Clinicis looking for an experienced or newly graduated, hard-working Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment!This is a contract assignment.

Shift: Monday - Thursday 2 shifts 7 AM - 3 PM, 2 shifts Noon - 8 PM and Fridays 10 AM - 6 PM

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

Must have graduated from an accredited school.Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.Current CPR certification.

Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
