Centra Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment. The role involves developing plans of care, delivering skilled PT services per physician orders, and collaborating with the care team.

Licensure as a PT in the state is required or in process, along with CPR certification. This is a contract position with day schedules and opportunities across the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process for licensure as a PT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
