Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a contract assignment in the United States. This is a contract position with a days schedule to support outpatient care.

The PT will develop plans of care, provide skilled PT services, assess patient needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet goals while following physician orders and organizational values.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or actively pursuing licensure.
• Experience developing plans of care and delivering PT services per physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
