Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc. in Talkeetna, Alaska, is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This is a direct hire, permanent position with day shift hours.

You will develop a plan of care for each patient, provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders, and collaborate with all disciplines to meet therapy goals. Current state licensure as a PT or in process, plus CPR certification, are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet therapy goals.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:
