Slate Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality telehealth services to patients across the country. As a Physical Therapist Tele Health, you will be responsible for conducting virtual evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients in a remote setting.

This is a part-time opportunity that can be based anywhere, with licensure in Colorado. Flexible remote work options, supportive clinical leadership, and growth opportunities within a scaling

Qualificações

• PT degree from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in Colorado.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in EMR and telehealth platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat patients with various physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes.
• Utilize electronic medical records and telehealth platforms to document patient information and communicate with patients.
• Provide education and training to patients with proper techniques and exercises to promote overall wellness and rehabilitation.
