KLA Industries in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home health team in a full-time capacity. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through rehabilitation in their homes.

You will lead therapeutic exercise programs, educate families on prevention and recovery, monitor progress, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist.
• Preferred community/home health experience.
• CAPTE-accredited program preferred, with active licensure in Colorado.
• CPR certification required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and analyze medical histories to evaluate patients' conditions accurately.
