Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Georgia physical therapy license, unencumbered.
• Prefer two years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team by sharing information, problem solving, and accepting feedback.
• Supports Rehabilitation Services activities as introduced by Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Services.
• Provides superior customer service through courtesy, follow-up and communication.
• Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants as defined by Georgia PT board rules.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines for efficient clinical case management.
