Qualifications

• At minimum, possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapy license required.
• Prefer two years experience in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation environment.
• Proficient in documentation compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Able to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work team by sharing information and problem-solving.
• Provides supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants as defined by Georgia board rules.
• Collaborates with Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to manage clinical cases.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge through seminars and professional journals.
• Performs duties to ensure the success of the Rehabilitation Services department.
