Job Description

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote health and wellness.
• Oversee staff including PTs, PTAs, Athletic Trainers, Exercise Physiologists, and administrative staff.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, performance coaching, and staff development.
• Handle daily operations, workflow, schedules, and time monitoring.
• Develop care plans with provider teams.
• Provide data and monthly reports to support team success.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, procedural, and licensing requirements.
• Complete incident reports and resolve complaints.
• Work collaboratively with the Health Center Manager or Director of Site Operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid state licenses and certifications to practice.
• Current board certification if applicable.
• Degree from an accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy program.
• CPR (BLS) certification with hands-on skills evaluation.
• At least three years of outpatient physical therapy experience, including orthopedic care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of internet and word processing software.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and OSHA regulations.
