We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Lafayette, IN.

Essential Functions

1. Collaborate with other health center staff to promote health and wellness.
2. Practice according to APTA standards, utilizing current research and clinical reasoning.
3. Promote direct access to physical therapy services, practicing at the highest skill level.
4. Demonstrate excellent communication skills in documentation and team meetings.
5. Participate in continuing education activities.
6. Work with stakeholders to promote employee safety and develop health programs.
7. Develop injury prevention and health promotion programs, including workshops and classes.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. State licenses/certifications to practice.
2. Current board certification (if applicable).
3. Degree from an accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School.
4. CPR certification meeting AHA standards, including hands-on skills evaluation.
5. Minimum three years’ outpatient physical therapy experience, including orthopedic experience.

Preferred Experience

1. Knowledge of internet and word processing software.
2. Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
3. Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and OSHA regulations preferred.
