Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a local nonprofit hospital system to place a Physical Therapist on a split schedule serving Subacute Rehab and Acute Care. You will contribute to patient recovery across a wide range of conditions and participate in a collaborative campus-wide therapy team.

The role offers mentorship from a Lead PT, a flexible 45–90 minute treatment framework, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, sign-on, CEU support, two insurance plans, and a 401(k)

Position Highlights

• Affiliated with local Non-Profit Hospital System
• Split schedule working two days in Subacute Rehab and two days in Acute Care (4- 10 schedule)
• Treat Stroke, TBI, Parkinson's, Vestibular, Fractures, Joint replacement + more
• Flexible treatment durations of 45–90 minutes based on clinical need.
• Join a team of 24 other PTs across the campus + additional OTs & SLPs: Over 40 Therapists total
• Structured mentorship and training from a Lead PT for up to 90 days based on individual needs
