Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic network in Montana. The role focuses on treating a diverse adult and geriatric population with a patient-centered approach and 45-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions.

The schedule is flexible (5-8s or 4'10's) with a full 60 minutes of protected documentation time. This nonprofit position offers PSLF eligibility and strong mentorship opportunities on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy care for adults and geriatric patients.

• Treat a variety of General Ortho, Joint Replacement, Post-Stroke, Vestibular, Sports & more
• Flexible Schedule: 5-8's or 4'10's based on your preference
• 45-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions with no double booking
• A full 60 minutes of protected documentation time built into your daily schedule (Epic)
• Individualized mentorship and hands-on training readily available, with support tailored to your needs
• Nonprofit Loan Forgiveness Eligible (PSLF)
• Collaborate with a team of over 25 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site

• $1,500 CEU budget per year
• Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4.5 weeks
• Insurance as low as at $100/mo
