Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 100% Acute Care position at a nonprofit hospital in Houston. The role offers a diverse caseload across ICU, Stroke, Ortho, Med/Surg, Trauma, and Women & Children, with monthly rotations and a structured mentorship program.

The position provides guaranteed 40 hours, no overtime, time built for documentation, relocation assistance, loan repayment, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental, 401k match, and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins.
• Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1.
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
