Job summary

Montefiore Hudson Valley Collaborative in Bronx, New York is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the NYS Physical Therapy Practice Act and hospital policy. This is a full-time day shift position (8 AM–3:30 PM) with a Monday–Friday schedule and a dedicated team to support ongoing patient care.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• New York State license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate.
• General knowledge of therapeutic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment.
• Provides daily clinical supervision to PTAs, Rehabilitation Aides and students.
• Embraces a team-oriented approach to patient care and service.
