Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facilities in St. Louis, MO.

You will provide evidence-based therapy to residents and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery and quality of life for the residents. Must be a graduate from an accredited university with a valid license in the appropriate state.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
