Job summary

True Sports Physical Therapy in Bel Air/Forest Hill MD is seeking a Sports Physical Therapist to deliver orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with a 1:1, 45‑minute treatment model.

New grads are welcome. You will work with athletes to create return-to-sport and performance plans and collaborate with a high-performance care team while advancing your clinical education and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in physical therapy.
  • DPT from an accredited program.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
  • Strong interest in sports physical therapy and performance training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and the care team.
  • Ability to build strong patient relationships through focused, 1:1 care.
  • Commitment to professional and clinical development through education and in-service participation.
  • Desire to be part of a high-performing clinical team with a culture of accountability.
  • Experience with clinical documentation practices and timely charting (specific software/tools not specified).

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy care through 1:1, 45-minute treatment sessions.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify impairments, functional limitations, and injury-related risk factors.

  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention, recovery expectations, and long-term performance strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with clinic standards.

True Sports Physical Therapy is seeking highly motivated Sports Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping athletes and active individuals perform at their highest level. In this full-time role in Bel Air,/ Forest Hill MD, you will deliver high-quality orthopedic and sports physical therapy care within state-of-the-art facilities built for athlete-focused rehabilitation and performance training.

Success in this position means providing comprehensive, individualized care through a 1:1 treatment model with 45-minute sessions; creating evidence-informed return-to-sport and performance-based plans; and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance clinic culture. You’ll join a team that values accountability, mentorship, and ongoing clinical education to support your professional growth.
