Well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join the team. The role involves supporting a friendly, positive, and professional environment and completing a 13-week travel assignment with the possibility of extension.

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Skilled
• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: PT‐CA
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• COVID Vaccination/Booster OR Approved AMN Declination
