Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2067.00 - $2150.00

California licensed PT needed for Skilled Nursing Facility outside Sacramento. 1-2 years' experience required. Schedule: 8am-4:30pm with occasional weekends. (No call). EHR systems used: NetHealth and Point Click Care.

• References: 1 reference in entire work history

Note: Candidates must hold a valid CA license. No licensing candidates accepted.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years SNF experience
