Physical Therapist ‐ Skilled ‐ (PT ‐ Skilled)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1811.41 ‐ $1984.84

California licensed PT needed for Skilled Nursing Facility outside Sacramento, floating between two clinics in Oak Ridge and College Oaks. Requires 1‐2 years' experience to work an 8am‐4:30pm schedule with occasional weekends. No call. NetHealth and Point Click Care EHR used.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: PT‐CA
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• Willing to float between two clinics in Oak Ridge and College Oaks
• 1‐2 years SNF experience
