Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services’ Langdon Place of Keene in Keene, NH seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide gait, strength, balance therapy to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Post Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Keene. Work directly with residents to restore movement, improve strength and balance, and support greater independence throughout the rehabilitation process.

What You'll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
• Set measurable rehabilitation goals and track resident progress
