Job summary

Villa Crest Nursing Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you’ll provide hands-on therapy to residents to improve movement, strength, balance, and functional independence.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other care team members.

Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Villa Crest Nursing Center. Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands‑on therapy that helps residents improve movement, regain strength, and work toward greater functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
