Job summary

Qualifications

• NH license to practice physical therapy required.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide gait, balance, strengthening and mobility therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Complete accurate documentation.
