Qualifications
- Licensed PT in New Jersey is required.
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with EMR systems (WebPT a plus).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation care.
- Maintain clear communication with chiropractors, acupuncturists, occupational therapists, and other providers.
- Complete notes thoroughly and timely to support collaborative care.
- Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations.
- Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.
