Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required.
• New grads and experienced Physical Therapists welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence‑based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to support collaborative care.
• Participate in meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.
