Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License required.
• New grads and experienced therapists welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations.
• Maintain high levels of communication with chiropractors, acupuncturists, occupational therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to support collaborative care.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and help achieve clinic goals.
