Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Effective communication skills and customer service focus.
• Team-oriented with basic computer skills.
• Active licensure or eligibility in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Implements the physical therapy treatment plan.
• Selects activities to progress patient toward goals.
• Revises goals with patient/family input.
• Provides discharge instructions and follow-up referrals.
