Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements the physical therapy treatment plan and provides care to improve mobility, reduce pain and prevent deformity.
• Collaborates with patient/family to establish plan of care and discharge goals.
• Documents evaluations and each treatment session per department guidelines.
• Maintains compliance with policies, infection control, and participates in professional development.
