Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to assess, plan and provide rehabilitative services across the patient continuum. You will implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and ensure documentation aligns with clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Required degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors/Master/Doctorate).
• Licensure as PT and BLS or equivalent required at hire.
• Strong communication, teamwork and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust PT treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Assess patients and develop plans of care with patient/family input.
• Document evaluations and plans of care per department guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to infection prevention and safety standards.
• Provide ongoing patient education and discharge instructions.
