Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan treatment for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal patients.
• Administer and interpret tests for strength, ROM, and respiratory/circulatory function.
• Provide direct resident treatment according to an established care plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Conduct home assessments to support safe discharge home.
• Complete required forms and documentation per policy and regulations.
