Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program; Oklahoma licensure required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) within 6 months of hire.
• 1–3 years inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred; provisional licensure for grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer physical therapy as prescribed.
• Administer treatments to restore function and maximize independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support an individualized plan.
