Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for St Catherine Hospital Garden City. This FT daytime role offers a $10,000 signing bonus, 40 hours weekly with option for 4- or 5-day weeks and rotating weekends/holidays to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Open to new grads.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient condition, develop a treatment plan and guide progress day by day.
• Instruct nursing staff and patient families on follow-through programs.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and daily post charges.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition.
