Qualifications

• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess physical capabilities and rehab needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Use exercises and modalities to improve strength, mobility and independence.
• Educate residents and families on rehab processes and prevention.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Regularly monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards.
