Responsibilities

• Creates, implements, and executes patient treatment plans.
• Communicates with patients, families, referring physicians, and other team members.
• Provides timely written documentation per facility requirements and insurance needs.
• Develops and enhances clinical and professional skills.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
