Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient’s condition, develop a treatment plan, and guide daily progress.
• Instruct nursing staff and families on follow‑through programs.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team; assist with scheduling and post charges to records.
• Document care in line with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Instruct family or nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
• Maintain equipment and a safe, clean work area.
• Comply with Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
