Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen patients, create and implement treatment plans, and oversee PTAs and Rehab Techs while coordinating discharge planning and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will maintain professional conduct, stay current with industry trends, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to support patient outcomes and program growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and coordination with facilities.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with regulations governing PT.
• Provide clinical oversight and support for staff.
