National Staffing Solutions in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Permanent Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our clinic. The role offers a base salary of $90k–$105k per year, plus a $6k–$8k annual bonus, full healthcare, a 401(k) with 7% match after 1 year, profit sharing, and relocation assistance.

Four- or five-day work options are available. Patient mix is 90% adult and under 10% pediatric, primarily orthopedic injuries.

Physical Therapist Practice / DPT Details:

Patient mix: 90% adult / <10% pediatric (primarily orthopedic injuries)

Current staff: 5 Physical Therapists, 1 PT Assistant, and 1 Occupational Therapist

Each MD has a dedicated back-office staff member

Virtual scribes provided to support clinical documentation
