Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist at BAYADA at Inspira Home Health

BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time or part-time role providing home health visits for our Senior Living office in West Deptford, NJ. This office services clients across Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties, focusing on assisted living, IDD, and senior living facilities in Salem and Gloucester counties.

As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to enable clients to stay at home safely and independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Make home visits to clients in designated areas.
2. Perform diagnostic tests, including mobility, joint range, transfer status, stability, ambulation patterns, muscle strength and endurance, balance, and safety assessments.
3. Implement wound prevention and repair interventions using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
4. Develop and update individualized care plans with manual therapy, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
5. Assess and revise care plans regularly, collaborating with nursing staff as needed.
6. Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and safety.
7. Document observations and interventions accurately using electronic tablets.

Qualifications:

• Current NJ Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers; EMR experience preferred.
