Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide services to K-12 students in a Des Plaines, IL school setting. The role offers a rewarding contract with a two-day-per-week schedule totaling 14 hours weekly.

Responsibilities include delivering direct PT services per IEPs, conducting screenings and assessments, and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and mobility throughout the school year.

Qualifications

Job description
