Job summary

LADACIN Network is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for the Lehmann School 12-Month Program in Ocean Township, NJ. This full-time role supports students ages 3–21 with developmental and physical disabilities in a dynamic school setting.

Ideal candidates hold a NJ PT license and NJ School Certification, with preference for experience in developmental disabilities. Collaboration with families and a transdisciplinary team is essential for success in this program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• New Jersey School Certification required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a transdisciplinary environment.
• Background clearances and screenings must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities.
• Implement and support student IEP goals and therapeutic objectives.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members, families, and school staff.
• Participate in team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable professional, state, and agency standards.

Position Summary

LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Lehmann School 12-Month Program team in Ocean Township, NJ. This immediate full‑time position provides physical therapy services to students ages 3–21 with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in a dynamic transdisciplinary school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities
• Implement and support student IEP goals and therapeutic objectives
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members, families, and school staff
• Participate in team meetings and treatment planning
