Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 86-bed skilled nursing facility in a rural setting on the northern side of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The role involves evaluating patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and guiding rehabilitation to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The ideal candidate has a PT degree and 1-2 years of clinical experience, with current state licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' individual needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to help patients achieve their treatment goals.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
