Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to help patients regain function and reduce pain.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families on how to continue their rehabilitation at home.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapy assistants and support staff.
