Strive Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation in Columbus, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to assess movement dysfunction and develop evidence-based plans of care. You will deliver interventions to reduce pain and improve function, collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in NJ.
• Experience delivering movement-based assessments and interventions.

Responsabilités

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes from history and exam.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care to meet patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate throughout the patient’s recovery journey.

Compensation Range: $82,000 - $115,000 / Year
