Strive Physical Therapy, in partnership with Confluent Health, is seeking Licensed Physical Therapists in New Jersey or Pennsylvania to evaluate patients, design evidence-based plans, and deliver high-quality interventions. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify movement dysfunction using strong clinical reasoning.
• Develop and progress individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Track outcomes and adjust care to maximize patient success.
• Build meaningful relationships and guide patients through their full recovery journey.
