Job summary

Strive Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation in Margate City, NJ is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our clinician-owned practice. You will assess movement dysfunction, develop individualized care plans, and apply interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes from patient history and exam.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals, needs and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate throughout the recovery journey.

Salary Range: $50 - $60 / Hour

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.

Qualifications
