Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Virginia PT license upon hire; CPR/BLS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations, determines PT diagnoses, and develops plan of care.
• Evaluates and assesses the patient timely according to guidelines.
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team; supports patient care needs.
• Educates patients and families about the recovery process.
