Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and determine PT diagnoses; develop plan of care.
• Deliver physical therapy procedures to restore function and mobility.
• Reassess patients regularly per guidelines and update plans of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in team meetings.
• Educate patients and families on recovery process and exercise plans.
