Job summary

360 Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Edmond, OK is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services, helping patients regain mobility and reduce pain in a clinical setting.

You will assess patients, design personalized treatment plans, supervise PTA when applicable, document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state-required credentials.
• Strong orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine functional goals and plans.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Administer therapies to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals.
• Delegate to PTA when applicable and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and best practices.
