Job summary

360 Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Edmond, OK. This PRN role involves evaluating patients, designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

House calls and in-clinic sessions may be required, with a 20-hour work week. Expect thorough documentation, patient education, and ongoing professional development to stay current with PT best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification and relevant state requirements
• Strong clinical skills in PT (ortho/neuro/geriatric)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, home exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals.
• Delegate tasks to PTA as appropriate and coordinate with nonclinical staff.
