Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Physical Therapist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical therapy to restore function and relieve pain.
• Perform and document initial exams, evaluating data to identify problems and diagnoses.
• Evaluate effects of treatment and adjust plans to maximize benefit.
• Instruct patients and families in home treatment procedures.
• Supervise and assess therapy students during onsite clinical affiliations.
