Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Competency in PT evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Meets with patients to collect medical history, evaluate current physical ability, and develop rehab programs.
• Uses therapeutic procedures, exercises, or equipment to restore movement and strength.
• Oversees the work of PT assistants and allied health staff.
• Re-evaluates patient status and adjusts care plans as needed.
